Star National Mid-Atlantic Regional Teams are select teams formed by invitation or private workout, bringing together standout players from across the Mid-Atlantic region to compete at a high level in premier tournaments and national events.

These teams allow top players from different 5 Star locations and partner programs throughout Virginia, Maryland, and the greater DMV region to come together and form highly competitive rosters. By combining talent across the region, our goal is to create teams capable of competing against the best programs in the country while maintaining the development standards of 5 Star National.

How Regional Teams Are Formed

Regional teams are built through a combination of:

• Coach invitations based on player evaluation and performance

• Private workouts for players interested in being considered

• Recommendations from 5 Star coaches across the region

This process ensures rosters are composed of players who are committed, competitive, and ready to perform at a high level.

What Players Can Expect

Players selected for Mid-Atlantic Regional Teams will have opportunities to:

• Compete in top regional and national tournaments

• Face high-level competition from elite programs

• Gain exposure to college recruiters and scouting events (for older age groups)

• Train and compete alongside some of the top players in the Mid-Atlantic

Our Goal

The purpose of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Teams is to strengthen the 5 Star network across the region while creating opportunities for players to compete at the highest levels of travel baseball.

By bringing together talent from multiple areas, we aim to build teams that represent the standard, grit, and competitive culture of 5 Star National Mid-Atlantic.
